What is the difference between Pro and Pro+?
Pro is a one-time purchase you can use forever. It unlocks all advanced features but includes only 1 cloud library with lower item and attachment limits, making it ideal if you mainly write in local libraries.
Pro+ is a monthly or yearly subscription that includes everything in Pro, plus 1,000 cloud libraries with much higher limits, making it ideal if you often write on different devices.
The main difference is in cloud libraries; see the full comparison for details. Local libraries are unlimited on every plan, including the free plan.
What is the lifetime Pro I get after 18 months of Pro+?
It's the same Pro you can buy outright. Once your Pro+ subscriptions add up to 18 months (they don't need to be consecutive, and both monthly and yearly plans count), you get lifetime Pro for free, and you can keep using all Pro features even if you stop renewing Pro+.
How many devices can I use with one license?
Your license belongs to you, not to a device. You can sign in, or activate with your license key, on any computer, phone or tablet you use yourself. Licenses are for personal use only, so please don't share your account or license key with others.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Pro+?
Upgrading directly from Pro isn't available yet, so you'll need to subscribe to Pro+ separately. Pro+ includes everything in Pro, and the Pro you've bought stays valid.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Only Pro+ subscriptions bought through Apple's App Store renew automatically, and you can cancel them in your Apple subscription settings. Pro+ bought on our website or through other channels doesn't renew automatically; just subscribe again when it expires if you'd like to continue.
Which payment methods are supported? Can I get a refund or an invoice?
What happens when Pro+ expires?
If you own Pro (bought separately or received after 18 months of Pro+), you'll move to Pro when Pro+ expires; otherwise you'll move to Basic. Cloud libraries beyond your new plan's limit are locked and can't be edited, but you can export them as Zip files and turn them into local libraries. In the cloud libraries you keep, if the item count exceeds the limit, you can still edit existing items but can't add new ones.
What are "items" and "attachments" in a cloud library?
Items are documents, whiteboards and cards combined. For example, 500 documents, 100 whiteboards and 400 cards make 1,000 items. Attachments are files, such as images, added directly to documents, whiteboards or cards.
